February 2008: To qualify as another dimension, a realm must be totally inaccessible, like public bathrooms in New York City.
It's a sci-fi staple: A nerdy scientist discovers how to transport himself to another dimension. There he meets creatures who look surprisingly human, but without any sense of humor. Except for blurry walls, it all resembles a dental office.
