The galaxies of Robert’s Quartet in the southern constellation Phoenix feature very different morphologies. The largest member is NGC 92 (left), whose distorted spiral arm is evidence of a previous interaction — as is the faint broad bridge of stars connecting it to NGC 88 (center). Spiral NGC 89 (bottom) and irregular NGC 88 (right) round out the group. The imager took 4 hours of LRGB exposure with a 24-inch scope.
