When I’m not eating, drinking, and sleeping astronomy, I turn to angling. I particularly enjoy ultralight fishing, attempting to subdue large fish on light tackle. Perhaps that’s why I take pleasure in “ultralight astronomy” &#8212 the quest to capture cosmic trophies with small-aperture telescopes. Whether the quarry is in water or the sky, I get plenty of satisfaction “landing the big one” with modest equipment.
