This week we have a close conjunction between the near-Full Moon and the bright, red supergiant star Antares. Look south in the early morning sky on May 24 and you’ll see these two celestial bodies coming within 0.4° of each other — perfect for a binocular view or even a low-power, wide-field view with your Celestron telescope.
