The most famous Horsehead in the galaxy may be in Orion, but in Scorpius lies the Blue Horsehead Nebula (IC 4592), a reflection nebula lit up by the star Nu (ν) Scorpii, some 470 light-years away. This image was taken with a 2.4-inch Petzval refractor and a one-shot color camera.
