Orion the Hunter rises above Aoraki, also known as Mount Cook, the highest mountain in New Zealand. The photographer used a Nikon DSLR and 40mm f/1.4 lens at ISO 1600 to take 12 minutes of sky exposures, plus one 90-second frame for the mountain.
